I will bring the pottery painting party to you, whether in your home, village hall, school or clubhouse. I can also offer a pop-up pottery painting stall at your local fete, gala or school fair.
I’m based in York so can visit any venues in York or the surrounding areas. I am flexible with dates and times and I will come with everything you need to create your own useable masterpieces.
How do the parties work?
You pre-order the pottery pieces of your choice and I can suggest options to suit all budgets.
I arrive about 30 minutes before your event and will bring everything that your guests need for the painting. This includes the unpainted pottery, tablecloths, aprons, paints and equipment to help your designs such as stamps, writers and sponges. I will be on hand throughout the event to help and make sure your party is a success. Sessions usually last about 1 hour.
After the party
I will clear everything away and take your pieces away to glaze and fire in my kiln. Then I will deliver the finished ceramics back to you 1-2 weeks later in individual gift bags for you to give out to your guests. The glaze is lead free and food safe.
Who are the parties for?
Parties are suitable for children’s birthdays, school groups, as a club activity or as a themed event to celebrate Christmas, Halloween etc.
I am also happy to run parties for Brownies, Rainbows, Cubs etc. whether for a specific theme or as a badge activity.
How much does it cost?
I have a wide range of options to suit all budgets so prices range from £12 to £30 per head. I’m adding to the variety of ceramics all the time so options include decorative items (such as money boxes, trinket boxes, ornaments), utility items (such as mugs, dinner plates, cereal bowls, pet bowls) and seasonal pieces (Christmas, Halloween etc.). Prices are all inclusive with a minimum party size of 8 people and prices cover a 2hr time period (longer pick up times can be arranged).
